the objects of the charity are restricted to the following:- a)to relieve the sickness of disabled and terminally ill children in the uk (who may be accompanied by their parents, guardians or carers) and who would not otherwise have a holiday, and whose circumstances show that they are in need due to their social and economic circumstances and, to supply sports equipment, adapted and disability aids. b)to provide holidays for other members of the community who would not otherwise have a holiday and whose circumstances show that they are in need due to their age, infirmity and social and economic circumstances and, to supply sports equipment, adapted and disability aids
