to advance the education of socially and economically disadvantaged children and young people overseas in such ways as the trustees shall in their absolute discretion determine. in particular but without prejudice to the generality of the forgoing, by;1) providing, supporting and promoting the education and training of children and young people including vocational training.2) providing grants and other financial support towards the cost of education or in such other ways as shall facilitate the accessing of or delivery of education;3) financing the construction of schools and other places of learning and their maintenance thereafter including financing the provision of teachers, teaching materials, equipment and ancillary support;4) the relief of poverty.
