4 the charity's objects (objects) are specifically restricted to the following: 1)the advancement of education, in particular for the children and young people in cumbria and surrounding areas and particularly those for whom school is not working or who may have been, or may be in danger of being, excluded permanently from mainstream school education:-a) by the provision of education and training designed to enhance and improveliteracy, numeracy, communication, health and fitness, job seeking and other basic skillsrequired for successfully obtaining employment and working effectively in the economicenvironment;andb) by providing tuition and courses designed to achieve the objects.2) to advance the education of children and young people generally through suchmeans as the trustees see fit in accordance with the law of charity.
