the charity is established for charitable purposes only and the objects of the charity are, within the area of benefit to promote for the public any charitable purpose and in particular, without restricting activities,3.1 the advancement of education, including the provision of educational and training opportunities with special emphasis on providing access to such opportunities for people who are by reason of social or economic disadvantage otherwise unable to gain such access and the support of pre-school children and children of school age in curriculum and extra curriculum activities, as well as other members of the community;3.2 the provision of advice and training to unemployed individuals concerning unemployment, becoming employed and self employment, and the provision of practical support to unemployed and newly employed people and other members of the community including, but not limited to, the provision of childcare facilities;3.3 provision of land and buildings at below market rate or subsidised rents to businesses starting up and the support of people newly self employed or employed including the payment of grants to existing commercial businesses to provide support to new employed staff.3.4 the relief of poverty3.5 the protection of health through the provision of advice and information3.6 the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with object of improving the conditions of life for the community without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together members of the community and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance the above aims.
