Objects:
the objects of the charity are to promote any purpose that is charitable according to the lawsof england and wales and for the benefit of the public as may from time to time bedetermined by the trustees in their sole discretion in particular but not exclusively(a) through advancing education, relieving poverty and sickness and preserving andprotecting the good health of people in africa (and in particular, but not exclusively, insouth africa) (area of benefit);(b) by advancing in life and relieving the needs of young people by(i) providing an indoor stadium(s) and playing fields primarily (although notexclusively) to help enable young people in the area of benefit to break out ofthe cycle of poverty, ill health, crime, drug abuse and marginalisation,(ii) the provision of other recreational and leisure time activities provided in theinterests of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life;(iii) providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities andcapabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature andresponsible individuals.
