"the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects(""the objects""):3.1 to give aid, care and comfort to bereaved children, or to children who areseriously or terminally ill, by providing financial assistance, respite care, holidays,housing, care information and advice, advisory and advocacy services, day andresidential services, education, leisure, recreation or other benefits of any kind to suchbereaved or terminally or seriously ill children or to their families or carers; or3.2 to provide assistance to or make donations to other charitable organisationswhich have the same or similar objects in helping or caring for the needs of suchchildren; or3.3 to provide financial assistance to organisations carrying out research inrelation to the care of bereaved children or the care or treatment of terminally orseriously ill children and to fund medical or other research into illnesses or conditionsto which children are particularly vulnerable; or3.4 to provide respite care for the families of terminally or seriously ill children;or3.5 to foster mutual help, co-operation and friendship between families, carers,helpers and those interested in the care and treatment of bereaved or seriously orterminally ill children; or3.6 to provide nursing and medical assistance or to pay for the cost of medicaltreatment of seriously and terminally ill children."
