the objects for which the charity is established shall be to promote for thepublic benefit the prevention and detection of crime and harassmentmotivated by race, religion, faith, sexual orientation or disability withinbradford metropolitan district by:a) developing and maintaining a structure for reporting incidentsb) promoting good practice, co-operation and the exchange of informationand joint action in developing clear understanding of the pattern andnature of harassmentc) raising public consciousness against racial and homophobicintimidation by undertaking public awareness and educationprogrammes with a view to creating a safe and secure environment forindividuals and familiesd) initiate and co-ordinate preventative action against the perpetrators ofracial, homophobic disability, religious and faith related harassment.3a to relieve the needs of the victims of crime and harassment motivatedby race, religion, faith, sexual orientation or disability.
