(1) to promote for the benefit of the town of queenborough and thesurrounding area the provision of facilities for education, support,recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who haveneed of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity ordisablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstancesor for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with theobject of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.(2) to promote the advancement of education and learning (includingtraining in employment skills) for the benefit of the inhabitants of thesaid area.(3) to promote any other charitable purpose for the inhabitants of the said area.
