(1) to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection andimprovement of the physical and natural environment in the falkland islands, withparticular emphasis on the weddell and sealion islands, including the maintenance,recovery, refurbishment, repair and improvement of heritage buildings tn the falkland islands,(2) to advance the education of the public in east timor in the subjects of business studies and language and provide economic support and facilities for othereducational, professional and skills-based training for the people of east timor,(3) to alleviate poverty in east timor, and provide support for economic and otherdevelopments in ,(4) to advance the education and training of the public in meditation and/or hypnosis techniques, (5) to promote for the benefit of the public the development, introduction and maintenance of facilities for the collection of epidemiologic data for research onpublic health, (6) to promote for the benefit of the public applied research in public healthand epidemiology,(7) to promote the education of the public in public health and epidemiology,(8) to promote for the benefit of the public the development of good environmental conservation practices
