"3(1) the advancement of education of pupils and students (in particular, but not excluding pupils and students who are from muslim communities) attending seven hills trust's schools (""the schools"") including seven hills school, marathon house, 1-9 evelyn street, london se8 5rq and also at such other schools in the united kingdom as may from time to time be determined in which both national curriculum and islamic instruction in accordance with the doctrines and principles of theislamic faith are given and to promote any other charitable purpose connected with or otherwiseassociated with the schools, and in particular but not exclusively, to assist in>(a) the provision of facilities for the training of teachers at the schools;(b) the provision of facilities for exchange students from overseas countries;(c) the provision of facilities and equipment to support the education (including sports,recreation, social physical training, arts and culture) of pupils and students in the schools;(d) the provision of financial assistance towards the maintenance and development of theschools;(e) raising money to be contributed to the schools' bursary fund for awards to pupils andstudents at the schools whose parents or guardians are in need of financial assistance, forthe education of such pupils and students at the schools and for the training of teachers.(2) other purposes that are currently recognised as charitable or are in the spirit of any purposescurrently recognised as charitable."
