"the charity's objects (""the objects""), being for the benefit of theinhabitants of bolton and also the united kingdom and poorcountries elsewhere in the world, are:(1) to advance the education of the public, including but notlimited to education in the english language for childrenfrom ethnic minority communities.(2) to relieve need in particular for socially or economicallydisadvantaged people in the united kingdom, disabledpeople and children in poverty in other such parts of theworld as the trustees determine.(3) to advance education concerning good citizenship in amulti-racial, multicultural and multi faith society andpromoting good relations between such persons.(4) to relieve unemployment by providing education andtraining.(5) to relieve poverty by providing financial and otherassistance to those in need and funding micro-financeprojects particularly for people in poverty abroad so that theycan better meet their own needs.(6) to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in theinterests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure timeoccupation of individuals who have need of such facilities byreason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financialhardship or social circumstances with the object ofimproving their conditions of life.(7) to promote such other charitable purposes as may from timeto time be determined.(8) to seek to establish, or secure the establishment of, acommunity centre and to maintain and manage the same(whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority orother person or body) in furtherance of these objects.the charity shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian inreligion."
