"1.4 ""the objects"" shall mean: 1.4.1 in memory of the martyrs of winchester the advancement and propagation of the true teaching of the roman catholic faith in the city of winchester;1.4.2 the further training and scholarly development of the priests and seminarians resident at any one time on the campus;1.4.3 the training and development at all levels of the catechists who prepare citizens of the city of winchester for reception into, and for confirmation according to the rites of, the roman catholic church;1.4.4 the organisation of study groups, seminars and conferences aimed at developing the faith of catholic citizens of the city of winchester and at attracting non-catholic citizens to the faith;1.4.5 the maintenance of an annual or other periodic celebration of mass according to the indult granted 5th november 1971;1.4.6 the provision of such additional facilities and of additional full- or part-time teachers at st peter-Ã§Ã¶s primary school, oliver-Ã§Ã¶s battery, winchester and at the college of saint mary at winchester as will enhance the teaching of the catholic faith;1.4.7 the construction of new, and the improvement of existing, buildings on the campus."
