(a) to advance the education of the public and of individuals in all matters relating to astro physics and science in general and in the development of camera systems (b) to provide relief from financial hardship among students commencing their first degree and among post graduate students commencing their doctorate of philosophy for the first occasion and to assist those students to study or complete their studies or to complete their education and to promote research in respect of the objects referred to in sub clause (a) above.(c) to provide relief from financial hardship to scientists in the fields of science referred to in sub clause (a) above who need help.
