(a) the advancement of education, by means of, but not exclusively,the provision of training, supplementary education, adult learningclasses, and activities for mainstream educational subjects;(b) the relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in suchways as may be thought fit, including assistance to findemployment;(c) to help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisuretime and recreational activities, so as to develop their capabilitiesthat they may grow to full maturity as individuals and as goodcitizens;(d) the relief of financial hardship by means of, but not exclusively, theprovision of free legal, welfare and immigration advice andassistance to persons who, through lack of means or any otherdisadvantage, would otherwise be unable to obtain such advice;(e) to develop the skills and capacity of members of the socially andeconomically disadvantaged community of the area of benefit insuch a way that they are better able to identify and help meet theirneeds and to participate more fully in society.
