the benefit of somali communities in liverpool by all or any of the following means.(a) the relief of unemployment in such ways as may be thought fit, and inparticular (without limiting the generality of the foregoing), includingassistance to find employment;(b) (he advancement of education, training or retraining, particularly amongthe unemployed and providing the unemployed with work experience;(c) the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or businessadvice or constancy in order to provide opportunities for theunemployed in cases of financial or other charitable need through help:i. in setting up their own business, orii. to existing businesses(d) the relief of poverty sickness and distress by the provision of informationand advice, particularly but not exclusively information relating to findinghousing, benefits, education and other such services .(e) the provision, or assistance in the provision, of facilities for recreationand other leisure time occupation, in the interests of social welfare andwith the object of improving the conditions of life of the said beneficiaries.
