the charity’s objects (the objects) are to preserve and protect human life by recruiting, training, equipping, managing and supporting a team of volunteers who will provide a service to the local community by responding to appropriate 999 calls in collaboration with the south east coast ambulance service (secamb) and giving immediate care and life support until the arrival of a secamb professional, and to provide the local community with strategically placed public access defibrillator (pad) sites and ensure regular checking and upkeep of the same.
