Objects:
(1) to advance the christian religion for the public benefit in particular butnot exclusively by:(a) promoting and raising awareness and understanding of ethicaland spiritual issues affecting working practices and theworkplace in partnership with those of other cultures and faiths(b) encouraging and extending the work of chaplains to work &economic life promoting the moral and spiritual welfare ofthose in work or seeking to return to work(c) promoting the capacity, skills and competencies of those inwork or seeking to return to work(2) to relieve financial hardship either generally or individually of peopleanywhere in the world by making grants of money for providing suchpersons with goods or services or facilities which they could nototherwise afford through lack of means.(3) to relieve need arising by reason of age, youth, ill health, disability orfinancial hardship amongst those living in the area of benefit, inparticular by helping to build the capacity, skills and competencies ofindividuals so as to increase their potential to work or return to workwhere to do so would be capable of relieving their charitable need inthe counties of bedfordshire and hertfordshire and such other areas inengland and wales or any other part of the world as the trustees maydetermine.(4) to promote any other charitable purposes that the trustees from time totime determine
