Objects:
the company?s objects are: 3.1 to advance the education of the pupils at schools and in the wider learning village and community by providing and assisting in the provision of services, resources, opportunities and facilities not required to be provided by the local education authority for education at those schools and in the wider learning village and community; 3.2 to develop the capacity and skills of the members of socially and economically disadvantaged communities in particular but not exclusively in south west birmingham, in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully in society. 3.3 to advance in life and help young people through: 3.3.1 the provision of educational, recreational and leisure time services, resources, opportunities, facilities and activities provided in the interest of social welfare, designed to improve their conditions of life prospects for the future; 3.3.2 providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in, and contribute to, society as mature and responsible individuals; 3.4 to help young people, especially but not exclusively through educational, recreational and leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society; and 3.5 to advance any other purpose for the benefit of the public that is charitable according to the laws of england and wale
