a to apply all or any part of the income thereof and/or all or such part or parts of the capital of the maynard trust as they in their absolute discretion think fit for the provision of an annual prize for students of the hull college known as 'the h maynard prize for the most outstanding engineering student of the year' which prize shall consist of:1 an individual inscribed plaque and certificate stating a summary of my life and achievements2 the sum of three hundred pounds which shall be used by the winner to discharge college fees and/or the expense of books and/or equipmentb to apply all or any part of the income thereof and/or all or such part or parts of the capital of the maynard trust as they in their absolute discretion think fit for the provision of an annual prize for students of the hull college known as 'the h maynard prize for the most promising entrant to the study of engineering and manufacturing' which prize shall consist of:1 a framed certificate and summary of my life and achievements2 the sum of two hundred pounds which shall be used by the winner to discharge college fees and/or the expense of books and/or equipmentc to apply all or any part of the income thereof and/or all or such part or parts of the capital of the maynard trust as they in their absolute discretion think fit for the provision of financial assistance for disabled students who wish to or are studying engineering at hull college'the h maynard prize for the most outstanding engineering student of the year' shall be awarded by my trustees on an annual basis to the student of the hull college who in the opinion of the vice principal of the hull college or such other officer as my trustees shall from time to time determine has achieved the highest standard at nvq3 or gnvq3 or equivalent level and who wishes to progress to a higher education award'the h maynard prize for the most promising entrant to the study of engineering and manufacturing' shall be awarded by my trustees on an annual basis to the new student of the hull college who in the opinion of the vice principal of the hull college or such other officer as my trustees shall from time to time determine has achieved the highest gcse grades and who has commenced a full-time engineering programme at hull college
