1) to advance the islamic religion for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebrations of religious festivals and producing and/or distributing literature on the islamic faith to enlighten others about the islamic religion. 2) to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 30 years living in greater london areaby providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and otheractivities as a means of:a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities andcapabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsibleindividuals;b) advancing education3) to relieve poverty in particular but not exclusively among street children in somalia4) to relieve unemployment by such means as the trustees may determine5) to further or benefit the residents of greater london area without distinction of sex, sexualorientation, race, or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the saidresidents and voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and toprovide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with theobjective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.
