1 to promote for the public benefit of community led urban or rural regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation in the city of sheffield and in particular the burngreave electoral ward of that city ('the area of benefit'), by all or any of the following means1.1 the relief of poverty1.2 the relief of unemployment1.3 the advancement of education, training, or retraining, particularly anyone unemployed and provide unemployed people with work experience1.4 the provision of financial assistance, technical assistance or business advice or consultancy in order to provide training and employment opportunities for unemployed people in cases of financial or offer charitable need through helpa in setting up their own business; orb to existing business1.5 the provision of public health facilities and childcare1.6 the promotion of public safety and prevention of crime1.7 such other means as may from time to time be determined by the members
