Objects:
the charity’s objects (objects) are specifically restricted to the following:(1) to promote increased community participation in sport, active recreation and physical activity (together, sarpa) for the benefit of the inhabitants of lincolnshire, in particular by:(a) strategic planning and coordination within and between local organisations and/or networks covering community sarpa, including but not limited to sharing of knowledge and skills in the management and project planning of sarpa;(b) the marketing and communication of information and opportunities relating to sarpa;(c) the benefits and outcomes of investment in sarpa through robust performance measurement systems; (d) the support of organisations and local communities in helping people start, stay and succeed in sarpa to whatever level they choose;(e) the awareness among community sarpa organisations of financial and other resources which are open to them; (f) the education and development of people, both voluntary and professional, who are involved in the infrastructure of community sarpa; and(g) the improvement and preservation of good health and well-being through participation in sarpa. 2) the advancement of such other charitable purposes beneficial to the community consistent with the objects set out in articles 4(1)(a) to 4(1)(g) (inclusive) as the directors shall in their absolute discretion determine.
