Objects:
the promotion, for the benefit of the public, of regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation (and in particular, but not exclusively, the villages of ago ajo and moba, situated in badagry, west of lagos state, nigeria) by all or any of the following means:(a) the relief of financial hardship;(b) the relief of unemployment of both men and women by providing employment or other economic opportunities often but not exclusively through micro financing initiatives and the development of small scale farming enterprises;(c) the advancement of education, training or retraining, including improving access for both boys and girls to and improving standards in primary and secondary school education, and providing unemployed people with work experience;(d) the maintenance and improvement or provision of public health facilities and childcare, including the improvement of sanitation and facilities to promote maternal health and the prevention and cure of diseases;(e) the maintenance and improvement or provision of public amenities, including the improvement of infrastructure including water, energy, transport and communication;(f) the protection or conservation of the environment.
