3.1.1 to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially andeconomically disadvantaged community of bradford district in such away that they are better able to identify and meet their needs, engagewith public decision- making, and to participate more fully in society;and3.1.2 the promotion for the benefit of the public of urban or rural regenerationin areas of social and economic deprivation (and in particular in thebradford district) by all or any of the following means:3.1.3 the relief of financial hardship3.1.4 the maintenance, improvement or provision of public amenities3.1.5 the provision of recreational facilities for the public at large or those who,by reasons of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty orsocial and economic circumstances, have need of such facilities3.1.6 the protection or conservation of the environment3.1.7 the provision of public health facilities and childcare3.1.8 the promotion of public safety and prevention of crime3.1.9 the promotion of education and training3.1.10 such other means as may be from time to time determined subject tothe prior written consent of the charity commissioners for englandand wales
