for the benefit of the public in the democratic republic of congo and the great lakes region of central africa by:(a) the relief of poverty by;(i) providing grants, items and services to individuals in need and/orcharities, or other organisations working to prevent or relievepoverty;(ii) providing training and support, in particular to young people, toenable them to develop skills and become self-sufficient.(b) the relief of sickness and preservation of good health.
