3.1 the trustees shall hold the capital and income of the trust fund upon trust toapply the income, and all or such part or parts of the capital for the publicbenefit, at such time or times and in such manner to, or for the benefit of, suchexclusively charitable objects and purposes in the parish of walton as thetrustees may in their discretion think fit and without detracting from thegeneral nature of the charitable trust towards;(a) the maintenance of the parish church;(b) the advancement of the anglican religion in the parish of walton for thebenefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, religiousservices, lectures, and the public celebration of religious festivals;(c) the support of anglican clergy working within the parish of walton foracting as such, including the provision of stipends and other livingallowances, pensions and retirement accommodation;(d) the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for thebenefit of the inhabitants of the parish of walton by the provision offacilities for the playing of sports;(e) the provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of theinhabitants of the parish of walton without distinction of political,religious or other opinions, including use for(i) meetings, lectures and classes; and(ii) other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with theobject of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants.(f)for the public benefit to promote the education (including social andphysical training) of people under the age of 25 years in the parish ofwalton in such ways as the trustees think fit, including by;(i) awarding to such persons scholarships, maintenance allowancesor grants tenable at any university, college or institution of higheror further education; and(ii) providing their education (including the study of music or otherarts), to undertake travel in furtherance of that education or to prepare for entry to any occupation, trade or profession onleaving any educational establishment3.2 the trustees may in their discretion, for the period of 21 years from, the dateof this deed, instead of applying the income of the charity in any year,accumulate all or any part of such income by investing the same, and theresulting income, in any investments authorised by this deed or by law as anaccretion to and as part of the capital of the charity, without prejudice to theirright to apply the whole or any part of such accumulated income in anysubsequent year as if the same were income of the charity arising in the thencurrent year
