the objects are to promote any purpose that is charitable according to thelaws of england and wales and for the public benefit and in particular:3.1 to secure, protect, manage, restore, enhance, interpret and preserve forthe public benefit the mill and to promote the study and appreciation ofthe mill as a place of historic, architectural, archaeological, andecological interest and of natural beauty;3.2 to preserve for the public benefit and to keep at the mill or elsewherethe chattels, and to promote for the public benefit the study andappreciation of the chattels as features of historic interest;3.3 to advance the education of the public in the arts and sciences(particularly history, industrial archaeology and the naturalenvironment) in particular by the conservation, protection andimprovement of the physical and natural environment of the mill, andby the use of exhibitions and displays at the mill or elsewhere;3.4 to facilitate and encourage the use, occupation and enjoyment of thewhole or any part of the mill and the chattels for such otherexclusively charitable purposes as the charity from time to timeconsiders appropriate;3.5 to promote, for the benefit of the public, the regeneration in areas ofsocial and economic deprivation (and in particular in the area local tothe mill) by all or any of the following means:3.5.1 the relief of unemployment;3.52 the advancement of education, training or retraining,particularly among unemployed people, and providingunemployed people with work experience;3.5,3 the creation of training and employment opportunities by theprovision of refurbished, redeveloped or newly builtworkspaces, buildings, and/or land for use on favourable terms;3.5.4 the preservation of holdings or sites of historic or architecturalimportance, including but not limited to the mill;3.5.5 the protection or conservation of the environment3.5.6 such other means as may from time to time be determinedsubject to the prior written consent of the commission.
