Objects:
the objects for which the charity is established (the objects) are for the public benefit to promote and support the education, development and training of actual and potential leaders of third sector organisations and without limiting the general scope of these objects by:(a) educating, developing and training the actual and potential leaders appointed as fellows of the charity; or(b) communicating any expertise and learning acquired in training leaders of the third sector to any third party including, but not limited to, third sector organisations and individuals working for or with those organisations with a view to developing a new generation of leaders for third sector organisations in the united kingdom and elsewhere.in this clause and these articles the term (third sector) means all of the individual organisations, groups, entities, agencies or partnerships, however described, organised or legally constituted and whether or not formed for exclusively charitable purposes, operating in the united kingdom and elsewhere at any time which in the opinion of the directors are established principally to provide, promote or secure social goods for beneficiary groups rather than individual benefit, including by way of illustration only, charities, community organisations, social enterprises, and housing associations.
