4.1 to promote the benefit of children living in rivers state, nigeria, in particular but not exclusively those attending the nurture first education centre by:a) the advancement of education;b) the relief of poverty; andc) the promotion and preservation of good health.4.2 to advance in life and help young people through providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
