a. to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of havering (in particular, members of the muslim community) by associating together the said inhabitants and the localauthorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advanceeducation, to relieve poverty and sickness through developing the capacity and skills of members in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs, and to participate more fully in society.b. to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants the promotion of regeneration of the area of benefit by such charitable means as the trustees think fit.c. to advance the islam religion in havering for the benefit of the public through holding of prayer meetings, lectures, seminars, exhibitions, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literatures on islam to enlighten others about the islam religion.d. the relief of financial hardship among people living overseas from time to time as the trustees see fit.e. such other charitable purpose as the trustees from time to time think fit.
