Objects:
(i) for the public benefit to promote the education (including social and physical training) of people mainly (but not exclusively) in the province of tabora in the united republic of tanzania (tabora), including (but not exclusively) by:(a) awarding to such persons scholarships, maintenance allowances or grants tenable at any university, college or institution of higher or further education; and (b) providing or assisting in the provision of funds to contribute towards the cost of building and equipping one or more schools or other places of education.(ii) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people (mainly but not exclusively) residing permanently or temporarily in tabora, including relieving sickness and preserving the health of such persons by providing or assisting in the provision of medical or other equipment, facilities and services which shall be determined by the trustees to be appropriate to fulfil this object.(iii) the promotion for the benefit of the public of urban or rural regeneration (in particular in tabora) by the provision of funds to facilitate the supply of clean water to urban or rural communities, and by such other means as the trustees shall determine.(iv) such other charitable purposes as the trustees shall from time to time determine.
