"the charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following:1. to act as a resource for young people up to the age of 18 years living in duffield,derbyshire, and the surrounding area by providing advice and assistance and organisingprogrammes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:(a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities andcapabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature andresponsible individuals;(b) advancing education;2. to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of duffield, derbyshire, and thesurrounding area the provision of facilities for education, recreation or other leisuretime occupation for individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of theiryouth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economiccircumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and with theobject of improving the condition of life of the said inhabitants.3. the relief of financial hardship by such means as the trustees from time to timedetermine including by the provision of grants or loans4. to promote such other charitable purposes as the trustees may from time to timedetermine"
