the objects of the charity are to advance and protect the health of the public, inparticular, by:(a) the provision of information and support, including practical and welfaresupport, to those affected by multiple system atrophy ('msa'), their familiesand carers;(b) educating and informing healthcare professionals on all aspects of msa;(c) promoting and sponsoring research into the causes, diagnosis and treatmentof msa;(d) improving awareness and understanding of msa;(e) promoting the extension of the range of support services available to peoplewith msa, their families and carers; and(f) working with other charities which support those affected by msa or otherneurological conditions.
