1. the prevention or relief of poverty in india2. the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people living in india.3. the advancement of education of children and young people in india, including, wothout limitation, providing or assisting in the provision of academic and vocational training.ways of carrying out objects: the charity is a grant-making charity. it will raise funds in the uk and elsewhere which will be donated to charitable projects in india which further its charitable objects. the charity intends (subject to the trustees-çö exercising their discretion to decide how best the charity-çös objects can be achieved) to do so primarily by supporting the work of indian charity aurobindo chaudhury memorial great indian dream foundation (acmgidf) which carries out a variety of charitable projects in india.it is envisaged that acmgidf india will provide the charity with details of a variety of projects for it to consider supporting together with an explanation of the way in which the funds for each project would be used. the charity will be able to reject inappropriate projects and focus only on those which appropriately further its charitable objects.funding decisions will be carefully recorded by the trustees. the trustees will also closely monitor all projects the charity supports to ensure that donated funds have been used appropriately. the charity will also seek to include claw back provisions in its grant terms which enable it to require the return of any funds in the event that grant conditions (including conditions as to the purposes for which funds should be used) are not met.further details of the type of project the charity will support are set out in the activities section below.
