the company's objects are specifically restricted to the following:1.to establish and maintain an art gallery for the benefit of the public;2.the advancement of education of the public through the provision, maintenance and support of the hepworth wakefield gallery within wakefield and its environs;3.to promote, maintain, improve and advance public education through the care, management and display for public benefit of: the hepworth estate gift and the wakefield art gallery fine art & sculpture collections (inc. the gott collection); and (a) other collections, groupings, displays or individual items from any other body which promote the objects of the company;4. the advancement of the education of the public by the aid, establishment, funding or sponsorship of bursaries, scholarships or grants to any person or persons, institution, association or corporate body for the purpose of furthering the objects of the company; and5. such other charitable objects as the company shall from time to time determine.
