(i) to advance the general education of the public in schools colleges anduniversities in the united kingdom and abroad.(ii) for the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of animals in need of careand attention and, in particular, to provide and maintain rescue homes or otherfacilities for the reception, care and treatment of such animals.to promote humane behaviour towards animals by providing appropriate care,protection, treatment and security for animals which are in need of care andattention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usageand to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in generaland the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.(iv) to advance the christian faith for the benefit of the public in accordance withthe following doctrines:the advancement of the christian religion mainly, but not exclusively, bymeans of broadcasting by the dissemination of literature christian messagesof an evangelistic and teaching nature.to advance the christian religion in the united kingdom and world-wide for thebenefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures publiccelebration of religious festivals producing and/or distributing literature onchristianity to enlighten others about the christian religion.(v) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people throughoutthe world.(vi) to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental orphysical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result ofsuch illness, by the provision of facilities for work and recreation.(vii) to relieve sickness and to preserve the health of the patients of the doublecure medical centre in uganda by providing or assisting in the provision ofequipment, facilities and services.(viii) to preserve and protect the health of young people at schools for children with special needs by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, supportservices and equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities. toadvance the education of the public in health care by the provision of lectures,fora and by the publication of newsletters devoted to healthcare.(ix) to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the community who visitthe crisis centre ministries in bristol and the training and care offered throughtheir work(x) the relief of financial hardship among people living or working in unitedkingdom or abrlrad by providing such persons with either goods services orfacilities or by way of grants the means to obtain the same which they couldnot otherwise afford through lack of means.(xi) the provision of funds to any registered charity which the trustees from timeto time consider would have been within the contemplation of the latekathleen louisa kinsey
