the objects clause of the organisation reads as follows: the objects of the charity are for the public benefit to pursue any purposes that are charitable from time to time under english law and in particular (but without limitation) to provide a community transport service for the inhabitants of kingston-upon-hull and surrounding areas who are in need of such services because of age, sickness, disability (mental or physical) or poverty or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public transport.
