2.2.1 the promotion and preservation of good mental health, by theprovision of counselling and therapeutic services to those who areunable to afford such services through lack of means, or who areotherwise in need, in particular (but not limited to) the followinggroups:-2,2.1.1 women and girls who have run away from abusivesituations (especially victims of domestic violence);2.2.1.2 children;2.2.1.3 refugees;2.2.1.4 elderly people;2.2.1.5 families of those in prison;2.2.1.6 victims of natural disaster;2.2.2 to advance the education of the public in counselling and relatedsubjects by the provision of workshops and lectures, and throughthe undertaking of research into counselling and related subjects,and publishing the useful results thereof;2.3 the trustees must use the income and may use the capital of the charityin promoting the objects.
