(1) to advance the education and training of disenfranchised teenagers who are not in employment, education or training, in particular, those with learning disabilities, expelled from the education system, youth offenders and young people in danger of exclusion and criminal behaviour, by the provision of a film and media school.(2) to help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.'
