the object of the toy library shall be for the public benefit, the relief and education of all local children and the support of their parents/carers by the provision of therapeutic, educational and stimulating toys and equipment and operation of play and stay sessions. in furtherance of such object the toy library shall aim:-1. to assist the development from the earliest age of all children whatever their circumstances through all forms of play activity.2. to lend them the best available toys3. to provide opportunity for parents/carers to meet and share experiences4. to provide an opportunity for professional involvement as appropriate.
