Objects:
"(a) to promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of thecommunity in buckinghamshire and surrounding areas(""the area of benefit"") by the advancement of education,the protection and preservation of health and the relief ofpoverty, sickness and distress;(b) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness ofcharities and the effective application of resources bynon charitable bodies for public benefit in particularbut not exclusively by providing or assisting in theprovision of training, administration and supportservices and by facilitating partnership andco-operation in the voluntary sector;(c) in sub-paragraph (b): (1) ""voluntary sector"" meanscharities and voluntary organisations; (2)""charities"" areorganisations which are established for exclusivelycharitable purposes in accordance with the law of englandand wales; (3) ""voluntary organisations"" are independentorganisations which are established for purposes that addvalue to the community as a whole or a significant sectionof the community and which are not permitted by theirconstitution to make a profit for private distribution and (4)voluntary organisations do not include local government orother statutory authorities; and(d) such other purposes as are exclusively charitable"
