Objects:

"the trustees must apply the income of the charity in furthering the following objects (""the objects"")a) ""relief of sickness"" i) to promote and protect the physical and mental health of sufferers of hiv/aids in mothibistad and surrounding villages through the provision of financial assistance, support, education and practical advice.ii) the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among people residing permanently or temporarily in mothibistad and surrounding villages.iii) to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from mental or physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness, by the provision of facilities for work and recreation.b) ""financial need"" i) the relief of financial hardship among people living or working in mothibistad and surrounding villages by providing such persons with goods/services which they could not otherwise afford through lack of means. ii) the relief of financial hardship, either generally or individually, of people living in mothibistad and surrounding villages by making grants of money for providing or paying for items services or facilities."
