a) to advance the education of people with learning difficulties and disabilities in the development of functional skills for life and work.b) the elimination of discrimination on the basis of learning and/or physical disability.c) the promotion of social inclusion among people with learning and/or physical disabilities and their families who are socially excluded from society or parts of society as a result of their disabilities by:a. raising public awareness of the issues affecting people with learning and/or physical disabilities and their families;b. providing a positive model for continuing education for people with learning and/or physical disabilities after compulsory school-leaving age.d) to advance in life and help young people with learning and / or physical disabilities through providing support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.e) to act as a resource for people with learning and / or physical disabilities living in the area of london by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:a. advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals; b. advancing education; c. relieving unemployment; f) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare for people living in the area of benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons. g) to promote the social and economic inclusion, for the public benefit, of people with learning and/or physical disabilities who are excluded as a result of their disability by providing opportunities for the development of and employment in social enterprise companies.
