to provide skeletal, muscle-skeletal and neurological treatment for beneficiaries who have special needs, require partial or full rehabilitation and/or who cannot afford relevant provision.to assist in the treatment and care of persons suffering from physical illness of any description or in need of rehabilitation as a result of such illness; to preserve and protect the health of patients by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities.
