the company's objects (the 'objects') are:to develop the capacity and skills of women of the socially andeconomically disadvantaged community of rhyl and the surroundingarea in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet,their needs and to participate more fully in society.to provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests ofsocial welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation ofindividuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth,age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstanceswith the object of improving their conditions of life.to promote general charitable purposes for the benefit of the womenof north wales, and to provide relief from financial hardship and socialand/or economic disadvantage and to advance the education ofwomen; and in particular to provide opportunities for women toparticipate fully in the life of their community in ways which addressand alleviate social and economic disadvantage
