"the charity's objects (""the objects"") shall be primarily for the benefit of theresidents of the borough of burnley and the surrounding area by:(1) the advancement of the islamic religion, particularly but not exclusively byencouraging the establishing and maintenance of mosques and perusing theimproved delivery of their services in public(2) the advancement of education for the public benefit.(3) the promotion of racial and religious harmony between muslims and non-muslims in order to foster mutual understanding and toleration.(4) the provision or assistance in the provision of facilities in the interest of socialwelfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who haveneed of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability,financial hardship or social circumstances with the objects of improving theirconditions of life."
