to promote any charitable object for the support and assistance to persons with various degrees of deafness including children, having particular regard to the religious, cultural, social, linguistic and physical needs of beneficiaries who are of the muslim faith; to assist and educate deaf people including children, in british sign language (particularly but not exclusively) within the united kingdom through their leisure-time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and so that their conditions of life may be improved.
