the trustee shall pay over one third of the clear yearly income of the charity to the deacons for the time being of each of the following chapels for the application by them for the benefit of the minister and poor members of the congregation meeting for religious worship in each of such chapels:downton baptist chapel at downton in the county of wiltshireshaw baptist chapel at melksham in the siad county andlindhurst baptist chapel at southampton in the county of hampshireprovided that if at any time one or more of the said chapels shall cease to function as a baptist chapel the part or parts of the said income applicable for that chapel or those chapels shall be paid either in equal parts or in full as the case may be to the deacons for the time being of the remaining chapels or chapel for the application by them in manner aforesaid.(cc doc 1291-13-7-81)
