"objectsthe charity's objects (""objects"") are specifically restricted to the following:1. to enhance the development, education, physical health and mental health of children primarily under statutory school age by providing education and support facilities in communities in the london borough of hammersmith and fulham and other parts of the united kingdom;2. the organisation or provision (or assistance in the organisation or provision) of facilities for recreation in the interests of social welfare and the furtherance of education in the london borough of hammersmith and fulham and other parts of the united kingdom (with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended) for persons who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, poverty or social and economic circumstances;3. to act as a resource for young people up to and including the age of 12 years living in the london borough of hammersmith and fulham and other parts of the united kingdom by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of: (a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent and responsible individuals; (b) advancing education; and(c) providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare for people who have need by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disability, poverty or social and economic circumstances with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons. "
