the objects of the charity are specifically restricted to the following: for the public benefit, to provide services for the prevention or relief of poverty, the advancement of education, the relief of physical and mental sickness and the relief of financial hardship in such ways as the trustees think fit and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing: 1. to provide housing, support, training and social skills for the homeless and disadvantaged in the kensington, and other areas of liverpool; 2. to provide a safe environment for people with alcohol, mental health and financial problems allowing for the provision of counselling, advice and training; and 3. to promote through sport and team games physical well being and better social responsibility.
